We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage IT projects that focus on Workplace Technology. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initiation through to completion, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and manage all aspects of IT delivery for change, including IT planning, design, release planning, testing, deployment, and transition validation testing (TVT).
- Ensure project compliance with mandatory project deliverables and project standards.
- Conduct operational readiness reviews to ensure all projects complete operational readiness processes and meet requirements prior to being approved for release to production.
- Manage project governance activities to ensure compliance with enterprise release governance and delivery standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Shared Technology Services and Security, Risk & Compliance, to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and risk management frameworks.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of customer obsession, inclusion, agility, and learning.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, budgets, and status reports.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including providing updates to the Platform Owner and other senior management.
- Proven experience as a project manager in IT, with a focus on Workplace Technology projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Experience with risk management and compliance in an IT context.
- Familiarity with IT general controls, security architecture, and cyber strategy.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably within the technology or IT sector.
- Strong background in managing large-scale technology implementation projects.
- Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
- Familiarity with the Microsoft suite of products and workplace technology solutions.
- 10+ years project management experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
