Role Overview

As an Educational Technology Specialist, you will play a crucial role in guiding our clients on how to maximize the use of our premier educational software alongside effective teaching methodologies to meet their educational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct engaging live and recorded professional development sessions to foster customer engagement with IXL products.
  • Travel as needed to provide high-quality training sessions to educational institutions across the region.
  • Collaborate with clients to design impactful learning experiences that align with their educational goals and initiatives.
  • Work closely with Customer Success and Sales teams to nurture and expand client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • A minimum of 4 years of teaching experience in primary or secondary education; leadership experience is a plus.
  • Experience in educational professional development is advantageous.
  • Proficient in web-based technologies that support instructional practices.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and collaborative demeanor.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Self-motivated and eager to enhance education through innovative technology solutions.
  • Familiarity with Google Apps and virtual meeting platforms.
