Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Workplace Technology Specialist to join our vibrant team at Aurecon Group. As a key member of our in-house IT support team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guidance and support to our employees, clients, and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer-Centric Support: Provide top-notch support and service to end users, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
  2. Technology Integration: Assist with technology deployment, ensuring seamless integration of laptops and mobile devices.
  3. Collaboration Champion: Support Microsoft Teams hybrid meetings, live events, and video conference endpoints to facilitate efficient collaboration.
  4. Asset Management: Maintain accurate records of IT equipment, including laptops, tablets, and mobile phones.
  5. Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships across the business, including senior-level management.
Requirements
  1. Strong Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  2. Strong Technical Aptitude: Ability to quickly learn new software and technologies.
  3. Technical Experience: Experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, printers, and hardware + software support.
  4. Installation and Removal: Experience with installing (and removing) Windows operating systems (specifically Windows 10 and 11).
  5. Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science or similar, OR equivalent experience from which comparable skills, knowledge, and abilities have been achieved.
  6. Eligibility: Right to live and work in Australia.
