We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Workplace Health Specialist to join our team at Sanitarium. As a key member of our health and wellness team, you will be responsible for delivering health assessments, injury prevention programs, and workplace wellness initiatives to our clients across NSW.
Key Responsibilities:- Health Assessments: Conduct comprehensive health assessments to identify and address health risks and promote overall well-being.
- Injury Prevention: Develop and implement injury prevention programs to reduce the risk of workplace injuries and promote a safe working environment.
- Workplace Wellness: Design and deliver workplace wellness programs to promote employee health and well-being, including health coaching, toolbox talks, and health promotion activities.
- Travel and Work Schedule: Travel to client sites on a regular basis, with flexible hours and casual work available as needed.
- Qualifications: Hold tertiary qualifications in Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Osteopathy, or Exercise Science.
- Accreditation: Accreditation with a relevant governing body (e.g., ESSA, APHRA) is preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in a blue-collar environment is advantageous.
- Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, demonstrated initiative and strong multitasking skills.
- Certifications: Possess a current First Aid Certificate and Driver's License.
