Project Manager - Infrastructure Delivery

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of multiple infrastructure projects across Melbourne, working closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

About the Role:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to establish and maintain projects within the framework
  • Manage forecasting and client reporting to ensure alignment with project objectives
  • Provide commissioning and process improvement support to drive efficiency and quality
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to facilitate integration into the wider network
  • Support procurement and subcontract evaluation to ensure optimal solutions
  • Contribute to upcoming tenders by developing project proposals and establishing proving criteria for successful delivery
  • Collaborate with clients to integrate M&E services across future and past works where possible
  • Deliver regular project reports on live projects within the framework, including forecasts, HSEQ items, Earned Value, Schedule etc.
  • Present monthly framework reports for the delivery aspect of the projects

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Experience in complex infrastructure, including water/wastewater plants, pump stations, etc.
  • Strong technical leadership and ability to drive teams according to construction programs
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to integrate with broader project teams to achieve program completion
