Data Centre Delivery Project Lead

This position plays a key role in driving the expansion of global infrastructure by leading cross-functional teams to deliver data centre capacity and projects.
The Senior Technical Program Manager will work closely with various stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers, to understand business goals and priorities. They will be responsible for executing plans, delivering high-quality results, and managing remote project delivery teams effectively.
Key responsibilities include building cross-functional matrix-based teams, establishing trust with stakeholders, eliminating unnecessary activities, designing solutions, removing blockers, and accelerating project delivery.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, at least 7 years of experience in project management of technical initiatives, and strategic program management. They should also possess analytical talent, leadership abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be able to:
- Develop and implement effective project plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
- Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders
- Motivate and lead team members to achieve project goals
