Job Title: Strategic Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Strategic Project Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating site-level planning, governance, and communication activities.

The successful candidate will have expertise in social housing and stakeholder engagement. You will work closely with local housing teams and other diverse stakeholders to align services, support project delivery, and achieve positive outcomes for renters and their communities.

As the Strategic Project Lead, you will report to the Manager, High-Rise Relocations, Planning, and Engagement in the Community operations and Practice Leadership division. You will lead the development and delivery of site-specific engagement and action plans for the High-Rise Redevelopment Program.

This is a fixed-term role until 30 June 2028. You will be part of a dynamic team that works collaboratively to deliver urban renewal projects that are inclusive, respectful, and transformative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and delivery of site-specific engagement and action plans for the High-Rise Redevelopment Program.
  • Drive standards and practices that uphold our commitment to renter voice on decisions important to them.
  • Establish trusted relationships, communication, and engagement channels with renters and community partners that are critical to the program.
Requirements:
  • Expertise in social housing and stakeholder engagement.
  • Relationship building and management skills.
  • Project management experience, including leading projects from start to finish.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
