Project Delivery Lead

This role involves overseeing multiple projects from pre-construction to handover, ensuring timely completion of milestones. You will work closely with the project team to execute projects according to specifications, standards, and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage tender processes and negotiate contracts with subcontractors.
  • Implement and manage project delivery systems to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Oversee EHS&Q responsibilities and ensure compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop detailed construction programs to ensure safe, efficient, and quality-driven project execution.
  • Lead project teams, offering development opportunities and fostering a collaborative culture.

Skill and Experience Requirements:

  • 3+ years of Project Management experience for applicants; 5+ years for Senior Project Manager applicants.
  • Proven experience in commercial D&C fit-out projects, with a track record of delivering projects valued at $5mil or more.
  • Strong financial management skills, with ability to oversee project costs and budgets.
  • Ability to work independently, manage teams, and mentor junior staff.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to Quality Assurance and high standards.
