We are seeking a skilled ER Specialist to join our human resources team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage your own caseload and provide fast-paced advice, coaching, and investigation support to line leaders
  • Conduct end-to-end investigations into various employment-related matters from grievances through to bullying, harassment, fraud, or misconduct cases
  • Prepare documents and responses for matters before the Fair Work Commission and other tribunals
  • Represent us at conciliations and dispute matters in the Fair Work Commission and other tribunals
  • Manage complex matters involving ill and injured team members
  • Support employee association negotiations with bargaining representatives
  • Provide leaders with training, recommendations, coaching, and advice on legislation, policies, and procedures
  • Monitor industry trends, legislative updates, and tribunal decisions to inform proactive workplace relations strategies

You will work closely with our human resources team who foster a culture of collaboration and service excellence.

Requirements
  • Experience in an HR generalist, employee, and industrial relations professional role across medium to large organisations
  • Proven background in managing or supporting investigations into misconduct, grievances, or protected disclosures
  • Excellent coaching, negotiation, and influencing skills to engage with stakeholders
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of relevant employment law legislation within different jurisdictions and application in policy, including experience with the Fair Work Commission
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills, as well as a commercial orientation
  • Effective time management and ability to manage competing priorities and time-sensitive cases
  • Previous exposure to implementing replacement enterprise agreements
