Job Description:

As a Senior Employee Relations Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support on employee relations matters across multiple brands.

  • Provide coaching and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and other People teams to plan and execute ongoing services.
  • Execute the day-to-day operational delivery of employee relations case management and investigation services across several regions.
  • Represent the organization in matters before the Fair Work Commission and other tribunals.
  • Support and guide the business with industrial disputes and issues outside of the bargaining processes.
  • Deliver employee relations insights to drive strategic business decisions.
  • Advise on the impact of legislation updates and changes.
  • Support various compliance activities and initiatives resulting from changes to enterprise agreements, modern awards and legislation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in HR or ER, with a strong knowledge of relevant legislation and policies. They will also demonstrate excellent negotiation and influencing skills, as well as the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
