The Opportunity

We seek an experienced HR professional with solid experience in employee relations and performance management. The ideal candidate will provide expert guidance and support to leaders and employees across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coach and advise people leaders in industrial and employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinary actions.
  • Conduct investigations and consult on complex matters.
  • Build relationships with unions and reduce escalation of industrial issues.
  • Support implementation of consultation, change, and communication processes.
  • Onboard and offboard employees, including exit interviews and induction programs.
  • Design innovative learning programs that are scalable and sustainable.
  • Facilitate engaging online and in-person learning programs.
  • Curate learning materials and resources.
  • Develop wellbeing programs and initiatives.
  • Assist with talent strategy and quarterly performance reviews.

Essential Criteria

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in HR, Business, Law, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on industrial relations, coaching, and employee support.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • C class driver's license.
