**About the Opportunity**

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the HR Generalist is responsible for delivering effective and compliant generalist human resources advisory and administration service for the full end-to-end employee experience.

For this unique opportunity, you will need a natural alignment with our values of taking ownership, coming forward with solutions, and demonstrating a genuine care in building strong working relationships across the Mollydooker team. You will also be a natural positive ambassador for our brand and our workforce.

In addition to the above, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Supporting hiring managers in the administration for permanent and vintage recruitment
- Onboarding and welcoming new team members for both HR and payroll requirements and assist in fostering new relationships with their new teammates.
- Managing the end-to-end fortnightly payroll processing for all entities (currently Australia and USA).
- Organising and assigning learning to team members through the eLearning My Molly Learning portal and coordinating training providers for in-person training needs, and conducting training from time to time.
- Participating in the development and team member engagement of new or existing people programs
- Being Mollydooker's designated Return to Work Coordinator and perform associated responsibilities, including processing workers compensation claims, reconciling reimbursements, and managing correspondence
- Assisting with the development and maintenance of the HR standard operating procedures (SOP's), policies, processes and systems as assigned
- Preparing reports and correspondence and undertakes other administrative tasks, related to the full range of day-to-day and cyclical personnel/payroll functions

**About You**

In addition to the above, to be successful in this role, you will have/be:

- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related discipline, or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years' experience in Human Resources and Payroll in a similar operational environment
- Proven ability to interpret industrial agreements, legislation, and policies and communicate essential elements both clearly and succinctly
- Demonstrated ability to be organised, prioritise work, and manage time effectively
- Strong people skills and a personal desire to connect with teammates across the organisation
- Experience using Employment Hero, Employment Innovations, and ADP (desirable)
- Experience as a Return to Work (SA) Coordinator is preferred
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office with intermediate skills in MS Excel
