About the Role: As an Onboarding and Maintenance Associate at CMC Markets, you will be responsible for timely and accurate processing of non-STP new accounts and account maintenance. You will ensure that every account is compliant with our Onboarding and AML/KYC policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ownership for the new client account opening process, including reviewing non-STP applications to ensure all aspects are completed and accurate.
  • Ensuring all account documentation meets regulatory requirements, including KYC, AML, and appropriateness and sanctions checks.
  • Accurately updating new client details in all relevant systems (back office, online trading platform).
  • Sharing relevant information regarding clients' requests with internal stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining personal and professional development to meet the changing demands of the role, including relevant regulatory and legislative training.
  • Compliance with CMC policies and procedures as they relate to employment.

About You: To succeed in this role, you will have scrupulous attention to detail, ability to work autonomously, and experience working in an administrative role within financial services. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to work effectively as part of a team, are essential. Experience using large-scale workflow systems is preferred but not essential.
