Job Title: Transformation & Change Management Specialist
">This role plays a critical part in driving the adoption and implementation of strategic initiatives that shape our future. You will design and implement change management and communication strategies to drive engagement and readiness.
">As a Transformation & Change Management Specialist, you will partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to embed change across operating models, ways of working, structures, people, and technology.
">You will lead training, communications, and capability uplift to build change resilience and readiness. This will involve strengthening our enterprise-wide change capability, ensuring lasting impact and value for members and employees.
">The successful candidate will be a strategic, hands-on change leader with 10+ years' experience leading complex change programs, particularly in technology-driven transformation impacting operating models, people, structure, and process.
">They will possess a proven ability to translate high-level strategic objectives into actionable change management plans, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities.
">Key skills include deep knowledge of change management methodologies, principles, and best practices, as well as expertise in conducting change diagnostics and readiness assessments.
">Additionally, they will have the ability to design, interpret, and report on adoption metrics and KPIs to measure change progress, benefits realisation, and cultural shifts.
">Exceptional stakeholder engagement, influencing, and communication skills are essential, with experience navigating complex governance structures and working with executive leadership, members, and cross-functional teams.
">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess business impacts, identify risks, and develop effective mitigation strategies, are also required.
">Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience using collaboration tools such as Confluence, Azure DevOps, Miro, and Jira are preferred.
