Role Overview:
The Business Growth Strategist will drive new business growth and lead the development of a high-performing team. This role involves shaping sales strategies, refining processes, and fostering a culture of growth and accountability.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Business Development team to achieve revenue goals.
- Drive new business acquisition through refined strategies and execution, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support and execute major sales opportunities for high-impact deals, leveraging market insights and competitive analysis.
- Refine sales strategies and frameworks, including scripting, KPI tracking, and data-driven decision-making.
- Build and implement sales structures and processes for efficiency and scalability, ensuring seamless alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor sales performance and pipeline, identifying gaps and providing actionable solutions to drive growth.
- Develop reporting frameworks to track key sales metrics and provide insightful recommendations for executive management and the Board.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with business goals and operational improvements, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Champion strategic decision-making through data-driven reports and presentations, ensuring informed business outcomes.
