Front Office Team Lead

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced hospitality professional to lead our front office team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Job Overview:The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a passion for people, and a natural ability to inspire and motivate their team.
Responsibilities:- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the front office team, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes.
- Lead the team in absence of management and act as a hotel representative on behalf of senior management.
- Drive a culture of excellence, encouraging teamwork and creativity among colleagues.
- Maintain Accor's guest loyalty program to its highest standards, ensuring a personalized experience for each guest's stay.
- Build strong relationships with guests and colleagues by being approachable and empathetic.
- Act as a safety champion, leading by example and following established health and safety procedures.
- Australian work permit.
- Proven leadership experience at a supervisory level or above.
- Previous front office experience with knowledge of Opera system an advantage.
- Strong passion for hospitality and people management.
- Natural leader with ability to nurture and develop their team.
- Ability to make independent decisions confidently.
