As a key member of our Front Office team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's day-to-day activities.

Job Description

Our ideal candidate is an experienced hospitality professional with a proven track record of success in a similar role. You will be responsible for overseeing the Front Office team and ensuring that all aspects of the department are running efficiently.

  • Assist and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Front Office Team.
  • Lead the Front Office team in absence of management and act as a hotel representative on behalf of the General Manager.
  • Drive a caring culture for our guests and inspire our team members to create a story unique to each guest's stay.
  • Ensure Accor's guest loyalty and recognition program is maintained and delivered to its highest standards.
  • Connect with guests and colleagues by being your authentic self, creating a sense of belonging through listening and demonstrating empathy.
  • Be a safety champion and lead by example by following Accor's health and safety procedures.
  • Process and assist with check-in and check-out of guests when needed.
  • Assist with preparation of rosters, ensuring that suitable and cost-effective employee levels are maintained at all times.

Key skills required include leadership experience, previous front office or similar experience with knowledge of Opera system preferred, passion for people and hospitality, hands-on, natural-born leader with ability to nurture, develop, and bring out the best in team members, and ability to make decisions independently and confidently.
