Lead Front Office Team Member

We are seeking a confident and experienced professional to join our team as a Lead Front Office Team Member.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to approach people and initiate conversation in a friendly and welcoming manner.

This is an opportunity for a results-driven individual who strives for excellence in their field and has a natural ability to lead and motivate others.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Front Office Team.
  • Lead the Front Office team in absence of management and act as a hotel representative on behalf of the General Manager.
  • Drive a caring culture for guests and inspire team members to create a unique experience.
  • Maintain guest loyalty and recognition programs to their highest standards.
  • Connect with guests and colleagues by being authentic, creating a sense of belonging through listening and empathy.
  • Be a safety champion and lead by example, following health and safety procedures.
  • Process and assist with check-in and check-out of guests as needed.
  • Assist with roster preparation, ensuring suitable and cost-effective employee levels at all times.
Key Qualifications:
  • Holding full working rights in Australia.
  • Leadership experience at a supervisory level or above.
  • Previous Front Office or similar experience with knowledge of Opera system preferred.
  • Prioritizing passion for people and hospitality.
  • A hands-on leader able to nurture, develop, and bring out the best in the team.
  • Ability to make decisions independently and confidently.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts.
