Front Office Operations Leader

We are seeking an exceptional professional to support the management of the front office and contribute to the broader operations.
About the RoleThe Assistant Manager is a key leadership role that supports the Rooms Division Manager in overseeing day-to-day hotel operations, stepping in as the hotel representative in their absence.
Main Responsibilities- Lead daily front office operations and provide guidance to the Front Office Team.
- Manage the Front Office Team in the absence of the Rooms Division Manager.
- Ensure a high level of customer service by managing guest requests and resolving complaints.
- Assist with rostering, report writing, and maintain the daily Duty Log.
- Proven experience in a busy hotel front office management role or substantial supervisory experience.
- Professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to move around a large hotel site as required to perform the duties of the role.
- Experience with hospitality software highly regarded.
