We are seeking an experienced Front Office professional to join our team in a dynamic leadership role.

This position requires a confident individual who can effectively communicate with guests and colleagues, possessing strong reading skills and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to performance & results, striving for excellence in their field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Front Office Team, ensuring smooth service delivery.
  • Lead the Front Office team in absence of management and act as a hotel representative on behalf of the General Manager.
  • Drive a culture of caring for our guests and inspire team members to create memorable experiences.
  • Maintain guest loyalty and recognition programs to the highest standards.
  • Connect with guests and colleagues by being authentic, creating a sense of belonging through listening and demonstrating empathy.
  • Be a safety champion and lead by example by following health and safety procedures.
  • Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently when needed.
  • Prepare rosters to ensure suitable and cost-effective employee levels are maintained at all times.
Requirements:
  • Hold full working rights in Australia.
  • Demonstrate leadership experience at a supervisory level or above.
  • Have previous Front Office or similar experience with knowledge of Opera system preferred.
  • Possess a passion for people and hospitality.
  • Show hands-on leadership skills with the ability to nurture, develop and bring out the best in your team.
  • Able to make decisions independently and confidently.
  • Available to work varied shifts.
