Head of Technology and Risk Management

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary leader to join our team as the Head of Technology, Information Security, Data, Model Risk, and Privacy. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge risk-specific policies and frameworks that ensure a consistent and robust approach to managing technology, information security, data, privacy, and model risks across our dynamic business landscape.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement risk management strategies that align with regulatory expectations and safeguard our business while optimizing risk-reward decision-making.
- Collaborate with Group Technology, cyber, data, and modelling teams to drive the implementation of our Risk Management Strategy (RMS) and operational risk management framework (ORMF).
- Monitor the effectiveness of our control environment and deliver insightful analysis and reporting that empowers our management team to make informed decisions.
- Build strong relationships across the organization and leverage your commercial acumen and high level of personal credibility to drive business outcomes.
You are a trailblazer with a proven track record in technology or cyber risk and data privacy management at a senior level. Your deep understanding of data, privacy, and model risks, honed through years of experience in risk management, assurance, or internal audit within the financial services sector, sets you apart. You excel in communication and presentation, and your ability to manage ambiguity and conflicting priorities is second to none.
