Senior Product Designer Job Description

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to work on our core Engagement reporting product, making employee engagement and experience insights available to all of our customers.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our core engagement reports, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our customers, internal users, and stays at the forefront of innovation across the industry.

  • Lead design end-to-end, from discovery through delivery and beyond.
  • Improve and uplift detailed, information-dense UIs, with a focus on usability and efficiency.
  • Work closely with product management to ensure alignment.
  • Collaborate with engineers to not only understand technical feasibility, but to leverage technical constraints into opportunities.
  • Iterate on designs through design reviews and stakeholder sessions.
  • Conduct customer research, usability testing, and desktop research to deeply understand customer needs and validate design decisions.
  • Use data to analyze customer feedback, usage, and other in-product behaviors.
About You

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has a deep understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and working with design systems.
  • Is obsessed with inclusive design practices, accessibility, and design standards.
  • Has high proficiency with Figma for design and prototyping.
  • Has experience conducting user research & testing activities (e.g. customer interviews, usability testing, remote testing).
  • Has successfully delivered end-to-end product design on projects from ideation to production.
  • Has a passion for storytelling to take others on the journey.
