We're seeking a talented and experienced UX/UI Designer to join our high-performing team at Latitude. As a mid-weight designer, you'll play a crucial role in crafting intuitive user experiences for our website.

About the Role:

  • You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative user experiences, ensuring seamless interactions across all digital touch-points.
  • Conducting user research and usability testing will be key to gathering insights and feedback on current website design and identifying areas for improvement.
  • You'll create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design ideas and solutions.
  • Developing and maintaining design systems will ensure consistency and coherence across all digital platforms.
  • You'll analyse user behaviour and feedback to continuously optimise and refine website design and functionality.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design will enable you to enhance our website and drive business growth.
  • Your designs will align with our brand guidelines, creating a cohesive experience for our users.
  • You may be required to perform other duties as reasonably required from time to time.

About You:

  • Proven industry experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a significant focus on UX. Experience in the financial sector is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • A robust portfolio showcasing a range of UX/UI design projects, particularly in website design.
  • User-Centered Design: Comprehensive understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Industry Knowledge: Up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
  • Skilled in developing both low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes, with experience in planning and conducting user tests.
  • Proficient in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, with the ability to extract customer insights and prioritise user stories and functional requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of translating complex user needs into simple and effective design solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders.
  • A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
