UX Designer Role at Woolworths Group

We are seeking an experienced UX Designer to join our team at Woolworths Group, a leading retail marketplace in Australia.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of projects end-to-end
  • Conduct and evaluate quantitative and qualitative research to inform design decisions
  • Plan and execute A/B experiments on the website or app, interviews, surveys, and other research methods to gather user feedback

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Wireframing & Prototyping: Expertly design and deliver low and high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes for desktop and mobile applications
  • Design System Collaboration: Effectively work with and contribute to existing Design Systems
  • User-Centric Design: Possess a deep understanding of responsive design, user experience, Material Design guidelines, and Human Interface guidelines
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excel in communication and collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Demonstrate a strong desire for creative problem-solving with a positive attitude

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary range for this role is between $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive excellent equipment provided including sit/stand desks, powerful laptop, and dual 4K monitors with full motion stands. Health and wellbeing program and 12-weeks paid parental leave policy are also included.
