SalaryWe offer an attractive salary in the range of $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
Job DescriptionAs a UX Designer, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of projects end-to-end. This includes conducting and evaluating quantitative and qualitative research to inform design decisions, planning and executing A/B experiments, and gathering user feedback through various methods.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Expert wireframing and prototyping skills, with the ability to design low and high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes for desktop and mobile applications.
- Strong understanding of responsive design, user experience, Material Design guidelines, and Human Interface guidelines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Creative problem-solving skills, with a positive attitude and a desire to make a meaningful impact.
- A dynamic start-up culture within Woolworths Group, with passionate people who collectively possess over 100 years of eCommerce experience.
- A flexible hybrid working model, with minimum twice a week working from the office.
