Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our hotel facilities.

Your expertise in maintenance and repair will guarantee that guests have a safe and comfortable stay. You will inspect, troubleshoot, and repair equipment and hotel facilities, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.

You will perform preventive maintenance to extend the life of hotel equipment and avoid costly downtime. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision will be essential in this role.

You will respond quickly and professionally to maintenance requests from guests and staff, solving issues like clogged drains, faulty lights, and equipment malfunctions. You will assist with routine repairs, including furniture, fixtures, doors, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair equipment and hotel facilities.
  • Perform preventive maintenance to extend the life of hotel equipment.
  • Respond quickly and professionally to maintenance requests.
  • Assist with routine repairs and maintenance tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Hands-on experience (1+ years) in HVAC, refrigeration, and heating systems maintenance.
  • Proven skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs (2+ years).
  • A strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
  • Effective communication skills to coordinate with hotel staff and interact professionally with guests.
