Hotel Operations Manager Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily hotel operations, driving business growth and building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximise business revenue through effective operations management
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth
  • Establish a high-performance team aligned to our core values of relationship focused, integrity, personal growth and ownership mindset
  • Manage daily hotel operations in line with best practice guidelines
  • Optimise guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Drive compliance and manage critical incidents effectively
  • Facility and asset management
  • Management administration and reporting

Requirements:

  • Approved working rights in Australia (Australian citizenship, permanent residency or a visa with approved working rights)
  • First aid certificate (or obtainable before commencing employment)
  • Responsible service of alcohol certification (or obtainable before commencing employment)
  • Willingness to obtain a liquor licence at company expense
  • Proven experience leading a team to achieve outcomes
  • Able to resolve problems and complaints effectively
  • High standards of attention to detail and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience managing people in a customer-facing environment
  • Passion for personal growth and development
