This is a key role in our operations where you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and scheduling the delivery of in-home care services.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with teams to match service objectives and ensure optimal delivery.
- Identify and address labour shortages by integrating new field teams into schedules.
- Match customer requirements against field team skills and experience.
- Problem solve last-minute schedule changes by influencing other field teams.
Working as part of a close-knit team, your primary focus will be on coordinating activities to achieve business goals.
