Logistics Operations Coordinator

The Vehicle Booking System (VBS) Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations management. This key position requires effective leadership and customer service skills to deliver high-quality safety system solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide frontline operations management, ensuring efficient delivery of safety systems.
- Offer exceptional customer service for VBS, AQIS, and ACS inquiries, maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Manage slot allocation, coordinate logistics, handle no-shows, and recommend adjustments as needed.
- Forecast and report on daily and monthly performance, contribute to projects, and support operational reporting.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Extensive experience coordinating logistics container truck movements and familiarity with the 1-Stop system.
- Excellent Microsoft Office suite skills.
- Strong self-discipline and motivation to achieve excellent customer care standards.
