About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Connect Personnel. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring our Customer Support, Field Service, and Field Delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead and mentor the Customer Support, Field Service, and Field Delivery teams to achieve results.
    • Set performance targets and execute strategies defined by the senior leadership team.
    • Promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Process Development and Improvement
    • Develop and implement processes and strategies to deliver best-in-class customer services.
    • Create processes for implementing field support and service in new locations, including international markets.
    • Continuously evaluate and improve existing processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Financial Performance and Budgeting
    • Oversee the financial performance of the Customer Support, Field Service, and Field Delivery Departments.
    • Budgeting, forecasting, and cost management to ensure that the operations are profitable and align with the financial goals of the organisation.
  • Risk Management and Issue Resolution
    • Identify and assess potential risks to the operations and implement strategies to mitigate those risks effectively.
    • Work with the senior management team to address any operational issues and implement solutions to improve overall performance.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager who has:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in an operations management role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading teams to achieve results.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address operational issues and implement solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organisation.
