About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Connect Personnel. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring our Customer Support, Field Service, and Field Delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead and mentor the Customer Support, Field Service, and Field Delivery teams, setting performance targets and executing strategies defined by the senior leadership team.
    • Develop and implement processes and strategies to deliver best-in-class customer services, including creating processes for implementing field support and service in new locations.
  • Process Development and Improvement
    • Develop and implement processes and strategies to improve operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
    • Continuously evaluate and improve existing processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Financial Performance and Budgeting
    • Oversee the financial performance of the Customer Support, Field Service, and Field Delivery Departments, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
    • Ensure that the operations are profitable and align with the financial goals of the organisation.
  • Risk Management and Issue Resolution
    • Identify and assess potential risks to the operations and implement strategies to mitigate those risks effectively.
    • Work with the senior management team to address any operational issues and implement solutions to improve overall performance.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager who has a strong background in leadership and team management. You will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in an operations management role.

You will have strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading teams to achieve results. You will also have proven experience in developing and implementing processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency, and excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

You will have strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address operational issues and implement solutions. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organisation.
