Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of member/employer/adviser account details.
- Process transactions across multiple functions, either manually or electronically.
- Investigate and resolve exceptions in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to verify/confirm data and follow-up information.
- Cooperate and communicate across teams to improve outcomes for internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare written correspondence that is well-structured and easy to follow.
- RG146 qualified or aptitude and willingness to complete certification.
- Experience working in administration.
- Knowledge and understanding of the superannuation industry.
- Sound problem-solving skills and initiative.
- Ability to manage own workload within a high-volume environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- High attention to detail.
