Job Overview:

  • We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the implementation and optimization of payroll technologies, ensuring seamless integration with business processes.
  • Collaborate closely with Payroll teams to translate business requirements into effective system designs.
  • Drive the continuous improvement of payroll technologies, focusing on process efficiency and user experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operation and maintenance of SuccessFactors applications (Employee Central & Employee Central Time Off Modules).
  • Collaborate with HR teams and Payroll to understand their needs, delivering timely solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Proactively identify and resolve system issues or bugs, providing ongoing support to end-users across applications.
  • Apply strong consulting skills, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Convert business requirements into system configuration elements, developing a solution design for SuccessFactors that adheres to governance processes and best practices.
  • Engage in regular meetings with stakeholders to foster trust, enhance collaboration, and strengthen the visibility and influence of IT within the organization.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in full-cycle implementation of SAP Employee Central & Employee Central Time Off modules.
  • A minimum 5 years' experience in SAP SuccessFactors technical and functional roles.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices, with the ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Team player who works well with other team members, sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • SAP Employee Central & SAP Employee Central Time Off certification required.
