A Workday Payroll Consultant is sought to bridge the gap between business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Become an expert in Workday Payroll, designing and configuring solutions that meet client needs.
  • Guide clients through transformation, implementation, and operation phases of a Workday payroll system.
  • Facilitate design sessions and configuration decisions based on best practices and client requirements.
  • Engage with clients throughout all project phases, ensuring smooth transfer from legacy systems.
  • Configure and test integrations between Workday solution and selected payroll providers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • Workday Payroll experience preferred.
  • 2+ years of functional implementation experience highly desired.
  • Experience gathering business requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, and implementing practical solutions under multiple deadlines.

This role requires minimal travel but may involve occasional site visits.
