Job Title: Payroll Solutions ExpertSynopsis:Our team requires a skilled expert to configure and support SAP AU Payroll, Personnel Administration, and Organisation Management. The ideal candidate should have experience in schema configurations for Time and Payroll in Australia Public Sector.Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and maintain schema configurations for Time and Payroll in Australia Public Sector
  • Handle awards, wage type valuations, calculation rules, and factoring
  • Implement and support Single Touch Payroll and ensure compliance with AU legislation
  • Work on H4S4 module and Employee Central Payroll (preferred)
  • Deliver key project artefacts: Detailed Design, UT/ST Test Cases, Run Sheets, Backout Plans
  • Lead and support SIT, UAT, BVT, and manage Change Requests
  • Provide solutions for technical challenges and integration issues
Requirements:
  • Good knowledge of technology landscape to guide the team
  • Tertiary qualification in IT or Computer Science
  • 6–10+ years of SAP HR/PY consulting experience
  • Recent hands-on experience with AU Payroll
  • Strong understanding of SAP HCM on S/4HANA
  • Experience with integration between SAP and other systems
  • Knowledge of HR domain and IT service management, including risk management
  • Experience with H4S4 and Employee Central Payroll
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to drive simplified processes and foster a culture of continuous improvement
