  • Strong understanding of Australian payroll regulations and requirements
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to support end-to-end payroll operations, issue resolution, and testing
  • Continuous learning mindset and awareness of upcoming SuccessFactors roadmap items
