Expert Payroll Professional

This role is designed for an individual who can deliver accurate, timely payroll services in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end processing of complex payrolls across various cycles, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Manage weekly, fortnightly, and monthly pay runs in complex environments, with strong knowledge of payroll procedures and finance processes.
- Skilled in payroll testing and data analysis, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and system integrity, while identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead payroll testing and analytical review activities, including system transitions to ensure data integrity, identify discrepancies, and support continuous improvement.
- Provide expert support across payroll systems and workflows, including integration between Workday and Preceda.
- Ensure legislative and audit compliance, staying informed of regulatory changes, meeting audit requirements, and managing year-end processes such as reconciliations and issuing payment summaries.
About You:
- Demonstrate extensive payroll expertise, including handling complex pay runs, with strong knowledge of payroll procedures and finance processes.
- Experienced in interpreting employee agreements and awards, providing accurate application across various business units.
