Project Leadership Role

A Project Manager is accountable for ensuring all projects are delivered in accordance with our project management standards and each project delivers its strategic objectives.

You will oversee all aspects of the project team, including establishing project teams, maintaining core competencies, continuous improvement, determining resource requirements, mentoring team members, monitoring the quality of outputs and evaluating operational effectiveness.

  • Oversight of the project team to achieve financial, operational and strategic business outcomes
  • Participation in the leadership team, guiding the strategic direction of the business unit
  • Accountability for compliance to the project management platform, for all projects within the portfolio
  • Management of the preparation and submission of proposals, in consultation with all relevant multi-discipline teams, and aligned to our strategic objectives

The ideal candidate will have a project management background with a minimum of 10 years' experience, with more than 5 years in engineering consulting. They will also have commercial experience, including services contracts, and proven ability to successfully manage projects of significant value.
