We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our major multidisciplinary design projects in the Defence and Security Division, based in Adelaide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver complex project scopes on schedule, within budget, and to high-quality standards in heavily regulated Defence / Nuclear environments.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders at senior levels to drive collaboration and effective communication.
  • Lead technical and quality assurance activities relating to design and safety analysis of nuclear infrastructure.
  • Evaluate and mitigate risks for Defence clients, ensuring successful delivery of major infrastructure programmes throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience leading Defence and Nuclear project delivery in building services, civil, or maritime fields.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in project management or engineering disciplines.
  • Experience in civil, naval nuclear programs, radiopharmaceuticals, oil and gas, or Rail (considering applicants from other high-hazard industries).
  • Chartered Engineer or Project Manager (preferred but not essential).
  • Ability to demonstrate successful delivery of major infrastructure projects, from master planning through design and construction to handover.
  • Current AU security clearance (or eligibility to obtain).
  • Understanding of nuclear safety cases and/or heavily regulated industries.
