Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Programme Leader to steer our strategic project delivery team. Reporting to the Head of Strategic Integration, this role will oversee the execution of a complex defence programme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the project team and provide clear direction while managing technical challenges and evolving requirements.
  • Navigate uncertainty and change while maintaining programme objectives and priorities.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders including the project team, customer, industry partners, suppliers and contractors.
  • Ensure delivered products meet stringent safety standards.
  • Foster a proactive risk management culture and identify potential risks.
About You
  • 5+ years of hands-on Project Management experience in a complex production build and/or engineering environment.
  • Proven ability to manage uncertainty, interdependencies, technical complexity, and scale/duration.
  • Experience in risk identification and mitigation, as well as project issue management across multiple disciplines and stakeholder groups.
  • Project Management Qualification or Chartership desirable but not essential.
  • Defence security clearance or eligibility to obtain.
  • Eligibility for International Traffic In Arm Regulations (ITAR).
