The RoleWe are seeking dedicated and compassionate Assistant in Nursing (AIN) professionals with Cert III and IV qualifications to join our team at our Blacktown facility on a casual basis.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal communication skills, experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, and a strong understanding of teamwork and knowledge of roles.
- Provide personalized resident care and support that enhances their wellbeing.
- Assist in delivering direct care activities as allocated by Registered Nurses, including personal care, repositioning, pressure area and skin care, assistance with toileting, and taking and documenting patient vital observations.
- Ensure the safety of patients, colleagues, other staff, and others is not compromised.
We offer a dynamic work environment, and successful applicants will be required to undergo a NDIS Worker Screening Check and provide evidence of COVID-19 vaccination.
