Candidates will work closely with clinical nurse educators, consultants, and experienced staff members who are committed to guiding and supporting their learning journey.
The focus on daily education, hands-on support, and mentorship ensures that new employees are equipped and supported to provide high-quality patient care.
Job SummaryThe registered nurse will be responsible for providing safe, compassionate, and quality person-centered care to patients and families. This will involve working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve identified goals and outcomes.
Additionally, the successful candidate will contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to patient care and contribute to a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care that is safe, compassionate, and respectful of individual needs

- Support and promote a positive work environment
- Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Minimum 2 years experience as an Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
