Australian Concert and Entertainment Security Officer – Sydney CBD NSW
About ACESGroupWe are a leading national provider of security services to public and private facilities.
What You Will DoYou will provide excellent customer service with compassion, provide roving patrols, monitor and respond to incidents, and conform with precise policy and procedure. You will also prepare general security records and reports.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service in a compassionate manner
- Conduct regular roving patrols to ensure the safety of patients, visitors, and staff
- Monitor and respond to incidents in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare and maintain accurate security records and reports
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Security License (NSW 1A)
- Covid-19 & Category A Vaccination (willing to complete)
- First Aid Certificate (current)
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
- CPR (current)
- Customer service experience, ideally in a health environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliability and punctuality
- Excellent presentation
- Ability to work on a flexible roster
This role offers a competitive salary package, including:
- A base salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum
- Paid breaks
