Job Description
This role is primarily responsible for maintaining a strong security presence while remaining alert and focused. As part of our enthusiastic, committed, and customer-focused team, you will provide exceptional customer service to all our customers and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders. Key duties include:
- Regularly patrolling premises to ensure the security and safety of everyone on site
- Monitoring surveillance cameras and equipment to detect any potential threats
- Authorizing the entrance of people and vehicles, ensuring that only authorized personnel gain access to sensitive areas
- Reporting any suspicious behaviors or incidents to supervisors in a timely manner
- Responding to alarms or suspicious noises and taking prompt action to address the situation
- Submitting reports of daily surveillance activity to inform future security measures
Salary and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this role is $65,000 - $80,000 AUD, depending on experience and qualifications. Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- A current SA Security License and Driver's license
- Certificate 2 and/or Certificate 3 in Security Operations
- Physical stamina and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- Excellent observational and surveillance skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- A Current First Aid Certificate
