Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Remuneration Governance and Regulation Specialist to join our Global Reward team, responsible for delivering high-quality materials for senior management, the Board, and regulators.

Main Responsibilities
  • Monitor peer remuneration arrangements and disclosures to ensure market compliance.
  • Draft clear, concise, and well-structured reports, including PowerPoint packs tailored for senior management, the Board, and regulatory bodies.
  • Advise on and manage compliance with remuneration regulation, producing board packs and other disclosures for regulatory bodies.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in an accounting or remuneration related role, with proven ability to work under pressure and against exacting timelines while maintaining high levels of attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret numerical data and communicate technical issues clearly.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a strong interest in working with stakeholders at all levels.
