This exciting opportunity will see you work closely with the Chief Technology Officer to drive the testing framework. As a seasoned leader with a deep understanding of testing practices (manual and automated), you will lead the testing strategy, manage test resources and ensure the successful delivery of quality assurance across multiple projects.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing the test team to deliver high-quality outcomes across multiple initiatives
  • Collaborating with PAXUS business analyst and development teams as a key driver of the test discipline
  • Providing updates on progress and issues relating to software quality to senior management

You will also be responsible for defining and implementing test strategies, plans and processes aligned with project and business goals, coordinating and managing all phases of testing and overseeing the development and execution of automated and manual test cases.

The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership style, excellent communication skills and a reputation for delivering results. A passion for high-quality software development and an interest in the Financial Services industry would be advantageous.

Key qualifications include experience in leading and managing test teams, driving testing strategies and delivering quality assurance. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are essential for this role.
