About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead quality assurance activities, ensuring compliance with local and global regulatory requirements.

This individual will be responsible for maintaining, implementing, and continuously improving the Quality Management System (QMS), as well as acting as the Responsible Person (RP) for Good Distribution Practice (GDP), GMP compliance, and Importer/Wholesaler licensing.

Additionally, they will manage product complaints, import product batch release, product recalls, and quality investigations in collaboration with health authorities and business partners.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and be proficient in evaluating, auditing, and qualifying third-party vendors and suppliers to ensure compliance and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with local and global regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain, implement, and continuously improve the QMS.
  • Act as the RP for GDP, GMP compliance, and Importer/Wholesaler licensing.
  • Manage product complaints, import product batch release, product recalls, and quality investigations.
  • Evaluate, audit, and qualify third-party vendors and suppliers.
Skill Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Science, or Life Sciences.
  • Strong experience in Quality Assurance.
  • Knowledge of regulated products across cosmetics, prescription, OTC, and medical devices.
  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Resilient, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment.
