Head of Advice Quality and Assurance

A strategic leadership opportunity has arisen for a Head of Advice Quality and Assurance. This role will play a critical part in driving the quality and compliance of our advice offering to customers.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in advice compliance and governance, as well as financial services and financial planning expertise. They will also possess technical knowledge of the Financial Planning Process and Compliance, risk evaluation and business risk mitigation understanding, and comprehensive knowledge of the Australian regulatory environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive a consistent, compliant, and efficient advice offering to customers
  • Engage teams effectively and provide coaching insights for advisers/Advice Directors on improvements gathered from AQRs and Pre-Vetting
  • Manage the AFSL license for Zurich Assure alongside other senior staff members
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of Zurich Assure
