Lead Real Estate Credit Transactions Specialist

This leadership role drives the next phase of platform growth by sourcing, structuring and executing real estate credit transactions across Australia.

  • Originate new lending opportunities and maintain borrower relationships through effective communication and relationship building.
  • Presentation of term sheets and Investment Committee submissions that showcase market understanding and analytical skills.
  • Oversee deal execution and due diligence with asset management teams to ensure timely completion and optimal outcomes.
  • Contribute to product development and growth strategy by leveraging expertise in real estate credit markets.
  • Mentor junior team members to foster a high-performance culture that values collaboration and innovation.
  • Represent the organization externally, promoting the platform to clients and stakeholders through strategic marketing efforts.
Candidate Requirements

Established client networks and a proven track record of successful deal execution in the Australian real estate market.

  • Proficiency in financial modeling, credit analysis and risk assessment to drive informed business decisions.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation and leadership capabilities to build strong relationships and achieve goals.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing market conditions and priorities.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Australian real estate market and be able to develop and execute strategies that drive growth and profitability. They will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues and stakeholders.
