Transaction Execution Lead

We are seeking an experienced Transaction Execution Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end transaction execution across various sectors, including Hospitality, Healthcare, and Education.

  • Conduct financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and risk assessment for deals
  • Negotiate terms with buyers, sellers, landlords, lenders, and investors
  • Prepare investment memorandums, pitch decks, and transaction documents
  • Manage stakeholder relationships (banks, PE firms, corporates, legal teams)

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate, healthcare, or education sector transactions, with excellent financial analysis and modeling skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling software is also essential.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in real estate, healthcare, or education sectors transactions
